A custom-made 4,8, 12 or 16-week workout plan designed specifically for you and your fitness goals. If you are trying to add muscle mass, tone up, or just getting started and need some guidance on what to do, I can help you achieve your goals. This workout plan will include a very specific workout split for the week. The split will include detailed cardio, and lifting routines, with rest time, number of reps and sets. If you order an 8, 12 or 16-week Plan you will be getting a fresh workout plan every month with new exercises, rep ranges, rest periods, etc.
Immediately after your purchase you will receive an email with a downloadable link with the questionnaire. Once you fill out the questionnaire and send it back, I will begin to work on your personalized training plan. Please allow up to 4 days after you return the questionnaire for me to construct the perfect plan for you.
