Customized 4-week Package Plan
I will personally design a 4-week or 8-week meal plan, workout plan, and abdominal routine specifically tailored to your fitness goals. This plan takes all the guesswork out of dieting and training, and gives you a plan that delivers results! After your purchase you will be emailed a downloadable link with a questionnaire asking fitness-related questions to help me structure a package right for you. Once you fill out the questionnaire you will send it back and I will begin to work on your personalized training package. Please allow up to 7 days after you return the questionnaire for me to construct the perfect plan for you.
If you order an 8, 12 or 16 week plan, you will be getting a completely fresh plan every four weeks, with new meal options/recipes, new workouts, etc. All adjustments will be made from your preferences, new goals and progress from the previous month to ensure the plan is not only effective, but enjoyable as we progress.
