Customized 4-week Meal Plan

I will personally design a healthy meal plan specifically tailored to your fitness goals, that will take out all the guesswork out of dieting. Whether you’re trying to gain muscle mass, lose fat and lean out, or just trying to live a healthier lifestyle, I will write a custom meal plan to help achieve your goals. I will give you a weekly layout of what to eat every day, the best time to consume each meal, along with proper portion sizes. You will be emailed a comprehensive questionnaire asking health & fitness related questions such as: your current eating habits, your gender, and the goals you want to achieve from this meal plan. This information will help me personalize a 4-week meal plan that's perfect for you. For further information feel free to email me with any questions or concerns you may have.

Shortly after your purchase you will receive an email with a downloadable link with the questionnaire. Once you fill out the questionnaire and send it back, I will begin to work on your personalized meal plan. Please allow up to 7 days once you return the questionnaire for me to construct the perfect plan for you. 

If you order an 8 week plan, you will be getting a completely fresh plan every four weeks, with new meal options/recipes. All adjustments will be made from your preferences, new goals and progress from the previous month to ensure the plan is not only effective, but enjoyable as we progress.
