How does online training work?

This is probably the most common question I get asked and for good reason. After purchasing any one of my plans you will automatically be sent an email with a questionnaire attached. This questionnaire is to be filled out by you at your earliest convenience and sent back to me. The questionnaire is what allows me to tailor your plans towards you specifically. I work with you foods you enjoy, avoid foods you dislike, and tailor the workouts towards your fitness level, goals and available equipment. 

How long does it take to have my plan ready?

Generally, I like to tell my clients up to seven days, but a lot of times it will be within the 4-5 day range due to my plans being fully custom and made from scratch each and every time. I take pride in having fully custom plans for every client I have, so although it takes me a bit longer than some online programs it's well worth it. 

How do you come up with the proper calories?

I have been doing online coaching for over three years now and have dialed in calories and macronutrients pretty precisely. Most of the time I am pretty spot on from the start, but I usually like the first week of the meal plan to double up as a test week to make sure everything is dialed in precisely, if not I make adjustments accordingly. I always recommend to clients to stay on track with the written plan as best you can for week one so I can make sure everything is good to go before moving forward. 

Do I get check-ins or constant support?

Yes! I always do weekly check-ins with clients who ordered the 4-week Meal Plan or 4-week Package Plan due to the fact that the diet portion of the program needs to be kept under close eye and adjustments usually need to be made at least 1-2x within the 4-weeks to stay on track. I don't normally do check-ins for the 4-week Workout Plan, but if requested I can do so. Regardless all my plans come with full email access if you ever have any questions or concerns. 

What is your most popular plan?

The 4-week Package Plan by a long shot, followed by the 4-week Meal Plan. 

Do you do macro coaching or full meal plans?

I do both. All my plans are a fully written out meal plan noting when to eat, how much to eat, what to eat and the specific macros (proteins, fats, carbs) for that meal. Now because I do this, I also write out your overall calorie goal and macro split on the bottom of the plan so if you were looking to just follow macros and not the plan you can do so. Although I do recommend following the plan for at least a week so I can dial everything in. 

What are macros?

Macronutrients are your three building blocks of nutrition. They are the three ways your body gets calories and the reason your body is able to function properly. You may know them as: proteins, fats and carbs. I am a believer in a proper macro ratio split meaning a well balanced diet overall incorporating all three macros. Although, I do work with diet restrictions and requests if specified in the questionnaire, so if you are looking to go Keto, Paleo, Atkins, etc I can work with you. 

Do you work with people with allergies or intolerances?

Yes, I do work with clients who have restrictions or allergies all the time. I work with: dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, pork-free, gluten-free, and shellfish to name a few.
